Developing The Leader Within You 2.0 Workshop

Based on Dr. John C. Maxwell’s Developing The Leader With You 2.0, this course teaches proven principles of leadership development. It provides a robust foundation of leadership theory, and principles necessary to leader and team development. Participants will discover ways to motivate teams, coach, and mentor future leaders, multiplying their influence and expanding organizational impact and effectiveness. Course completion includes 5.0 hours SHRM PDC credit and 5.0 hours GA P.O.S.T. credit.
