Dr. Eric Hampton

Dr. Eric Hampton

Founder

Eric Hampton is a dynamic and influential speaker, trainer, executive coach, and consultant in the areas of leadership, personal, and professional development. In 2022, Eric founded HG4 Leadership Solutions, LLC with an authentic desire to inspire and empower individuals, businesses, and organizations, enhancing performance and in the achievement of strategic goals. Eric is a 25-year veteran public safety executive who served honorably in the United States Army, where he developed a strong sense of teamwork, leadership, honor, and purpose. He has served in numerous law enforcement service capacities, including patrol officer, Senior Patrol Officer, Honor Guard member, Field Training Officer, Patrol Sergeant, Departmental Training Officer, Patrol Captain, Facility Security Officer, Emergency Manager, Division Commander (Major), and Deputy Chief of Police. Eric oversees support and specialized functions; including administration, investigations, intelligence analysis and threat assessments; curriculum development, training, and emergency communications. Eric serves as agency coordinator and manager of task force programs, and as a certified state certification and accreditation manager. Eric is highly experienced in strategic planning, emergency response and crisis management.

Eric has earned an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice; a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice; a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in government; a Master of Science in International Policy Management; and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration, with a specialization in Homeland Security Policy and Coordination. Eric is certified as a Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Instructor and holds specialty certifications as an Emergency Medical Instructor. Eric is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, and a certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant.

Eric and his wife are the proud parents of five children and two wonderful grandchildren. He enjoys sports, fishing, reading, and most important, helping individuals and groups to recognize and operate within their full potential.

Co-Owner / COO

Ramona Hampton is a dynamic and influential speaker, trainer, and executive coach in the areas of leadership, personal, and professional development. Ramona is the co-owner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of HG4 Leadership Solutions, LLC, a fast-growing small business dedicated to inspiring and empowering individuals, businesses, and organization with knowledge and skills necessary to producing significant growth and performance.

Ramona is a 25-year executive and human resources professional who has extensive experience within both the private and nonprofit sectors. Ramona has held various leadership positions within the retail industry that have equipped her with tremendous insight and more than adequate levels of expertise in customer service, consumer product preferences and marketing strategies. She was an Area Sales Manager, an Office Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Human Resource Lead for Belk, Inc., the nation’s largest privately-owned mainline department store company in the Southern states. As Human Resource Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a nonprofit organization, Ramona is a highly experienced professional in the following areas: strategic business planning, staff developing; financial planning and accountability; employee grievance mediation and terminations; and facilitating employee benefit programs. In addition to enforcing company policies, Ramona is effectively experienced in employer legal compliance with state and federal law.

Ramona has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and a Master of Science in Education. Ramona is certified specialty trainer with the Georgia Professional Development System (GAPDS), a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, and a Behavioral Analysis Trainer.

Ramona and her husband are the proud parents of five children and two wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and most important, helping individuals and groups to recognize and operate within their full potential.
